Pregnancy Category Note: There are no adequate and adequate studies available in women with allergies to baclofen. However, a single intravenous infusion of baclofen is recommended for most patients. Drug Interactions: The most important drug interactions in the management of allergies to baclofen, ciprofloxacin, or omeprazole are the following:

Antibiotics: Bactrim should not be given to patients with a history of infections with Streptococcus pneumoniae and Streptococcus pneumoniae (eg, pneumonia).

Disease Interactions: Monitor for signs of serious or unusual allergic reactions, including skin rashes, itching, and rash; severe diarrhea; and vomiting, with or without food. For children, do not use in the elderly unless recommended by the physician. Do not give to a child under 6 years of age. Do not use in pregnant or nursing women.

Interactions: Bactrim, ciprofloxacin, and omeprazole are generally safe in patients with a positive blood cultures from a nasogastric or ophthalmic view. Do not use in patients with a positive blood culture, as the throat or oral mucosa may become infected. For patients with a positive nasogastric or ophthalmic view and no other underlying conditions, or a positive blood culture, see. Do not use if you are taking medications that affect calcium or iron levels, or have kidney, liver, or heart disease. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Caution is advised if you are taking, or have recently taken, a medicine that is used to prevent aspiration pneumonia (in patients with kidney disease) in children (see below).

Cautions: Dose should be adjusted by the child's physician to minimize dose increases and to reduce the risk of side effects. Doses should not be increased more than recommended. Ciprofloxacin may cause adverse reactions in patients who are taking ciprofloxacin at a dosage greater than the recommended. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of these drugs.

Special Precautions: Ciprofloxacin is excreted primarily in breast milk. Caution is advised in patients with milk-related conditions such as lactating or breastfeeding patients and in patients with known allergy to baclofen. Ciprofloxacin should be used with caution in patients with severe or active liver disease.

Antibiotics: Bactrim should not be given to patients with a history of infections with Streptococcus pneumoniae and S. pneumoniae (eg, pneumonia).
